Directions EMEA conference is taking place in Vienna, Austria on October 9-11th and is set to be a conference with record attendance.

Microsoft Dynamics 365BC 2019 'October version, also known by its code name as "2019 Release Wave 2" has been released.
This marks yet another historical evolution of the product, discontinuing the native Windows client application as well as the C/AL development environment and focusing on the unified web client for desktop, tablet and mobile applications experience while utilising Visual Studio Code as a modern development environment.

Dynamics 365 "Tenerife" has a new name
Yesterday, Microsoft has announced that Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations Business Edition will be re-branded as Dynamics 365 Business Central. The re-branded product is launching on April 2, 2018 bringing full Dynamics NAV capabilities to the cloud. In addition to the new product name, the release also adds application modules that so far were only available in the on premises version of the product, such as manufacturing, warehousing and service management.

Autumn is probably the busiest season in NAV channel, workload wise as well in terms of events that are being organized. This week, it's time for the last NAV conference of the year - NAV TechDays 2017.
This a 6th (is it already 6th?) year in a row now, that we get to experience a technical conference aimed to spread knowledge of the ever developing Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 platform. The conference is organized by the people behind mibuso.com, one of the oldest NAV communities on the web.
